font-size: 15px;" /><br style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">Грудки перед маринованием были аккуратненько посечены острым ножом сеточкой (сторона с жиром).</span><br style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">Затем на сухой сковороде стороной с кожей/жиром вниз на холодную сковороду, затем средний огонь, до поджаристости несколько минут (не переусердствовать!),</span><br style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">потом несколько минут другая сторона (короче только *запечатать* и пару минут жарить).</span><br style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><br style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">В таджин на дно нарезаю стеблевой сельдерей, шалот, чеснок, паприку, раскладываю подваренные гурманде-картошечки, они такие махонькие.</span><br style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">Ставлю таджин на 30 мин при 200 гр в духовку</span><br style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
