Ripley is an American neo-noir psychological thriller television series created, written and directed by Steven Zaillian, based on Patricia Highsmith's 1955 crime novel The Talented Mr. Ripley.
Starring Andrew Scott as Tom Ripley, with Dakota Fanning as Marge Sherwood and Johnny Flynn as Dickie Greenleaf, the eight-episode limited series is the first adaptation of Highsmith's novel to a series.


1. Совершенно гениально, что сериал чёрно-белый (одни интерьеры итальянских дворцов/отелей и виды чего стоят)
2. Эндрю Скотт тут бесподобный, в точку, гораздо лучше, чем щаз скажу крамольное Делон и Деймон.
3. Все актёры на высоте
4. Сериал на уровень лучше, чем все предыдущие полнометражные экранизации романа Хайсмит, даже культовая версия Мингеллы

• Plein Soleil (originally), also known as Purple Noon (1960), directed by René Clément, stars Alain Delon as Ripley and Maurice Ronet as Greenleaf.
• The 1999 film version, directed by Anthony Minghella, stars Matt Damon as Ripley, Jude Law as Dickie and Gwyneth Paltrow as Marge.
• The 2003 film The Room was written by Tommy Wiseau after seeing the 1999 film adaptation, based on his interpretation of himself as a real-life Dickie Greenleaf.
