Ukrainian soldiers have posted a video online of a Russian tank which they seized as a trophy during a daring nocturnal raid into occupied territory. Troops from Ukraine's 128th brigade claim to have snatched the T-72 tank from Russian-backed militants after crossing the frontlines. The tank was reportedly discovered, unguarded, outside a property where its crew were apparently relaxing.
Ukrainian Defence Ministry officials have confirmed that the tank was captured without losses.
The captured tank, which now flies the Ukrainian flag, was found to contain Russian army identification documents and Russian army rations.
